Together we will work to understand the root of your struggles, validate your experiences, and find solutions that work for your unique needs. Each client is different and our therapy work will be collaborative.
I am formally trained in sex therapy and am completing my requirements to become Certified Sex Therapist. I am passionate about helping couples through intimacy struggles and finding pleasure and playfulness again. I am also trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.
