I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from UNC Wilmington in 2013. I am also certified and rostered through the North Carolina Child Treatment Program (NC CTP) in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for the treatment of children and teens. I utilize a strength-based approach in my work with individuals, couples and families in order to focus on effective communication, the building and maintenance of healthy relationships, the management of difficult thoughts and emotions, and the discussion and processing of difficult experiences and/or trauma.
My goal is to support people as they work toward reaching their personal goals and ability to manage challenges that they may encounter in various aspects of life.
