I am also certified and rostered through the North Carolina Child Treatment Program (NC CTP) in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for the treatment of children and teens. I utilize a strength-based approach in my work with individuals, couples and families in order to focus on effective communication, the building and maintenance of healthy relationships, the management of difficult thoughts and emotions, and the discussion and processing of difficult experiences and/or trauma.
