As a solution-orientated therapist I am most interested in exploring your strengths and resources as the building blocks for therapy and change.
I am passionate about working with individuals, couples and families addressing issues of infidelity, breaches of trust, re-igniting desire, co-parenting, and exploring sexual orientation. I work towards rebuilding connections between partners, families and oneself by approaching life’s struggles with a non-judgment stance, respect, and empathy.
I am also passionate about working with individuals struggling with addiction. I assist families in making sense of their loved ones struggles with addiction as well as explore the skills needed for individuals to address their addiction.
