I help individuals and couples navigate challenges such as anxiety, post-traumatic stress, and relationship struggles. I also specialize in treating persistent pain and other physical symptoms connected to emotional distress, utilizing Pain Reprocessing Therapy, a cutting-edge, evidence-based approach, to reduce—and even eliminate—most chronic pain symptoms.

As a queer woman, I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy that honors all aspects of your being – your inner world, your relationships, and your social context.
