I believe healing takes place within the context of a close, trusted relationship between therapist and client. I create an environment where you can show up, be seen, and feel free to be your authentic self. I view my work through a holistic lens and consider the biological, psychological, and social factors that are contributing to your symptoms. I love to help clients identify their strengths and empower them to achieve their goals.
I work with high school-aged adolescents, college students, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, self-esteem and identity struggles, and shame. I also offer support for teenage clients' parents through parenting sessions and family sessions as needed to bolster their child's treatment.
I have studied and worked in psychology, human development, and mental health for over a decade. Moreover, I know from personal experience that reaching out to a therapist and asking for help requires courage and vulnerability. I would be honored to guide you along your journey to find joy and fulfillment and help you become who you were meant to be.
