I am passionate about helping people reach their full potential. I strongly believe in the human ability to heal, grow, and thrive, especially when provided with the right opportunities and resources. Clients typically come to me when they are feeling stuck, out of balance, and/or disconnected from their authentic self. Together, I work with clients to identify underlying sources of suffering, uncover hidden strengths, enhance internal resources, and release emotional burdens that have been impacting quality of life and preventing personal growth.
My therapeutic approach is holistic, strength-based, integrative, and person-centered; tailored to my clients and their specific needs. I typically use a combination of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness-Based therapies, and Somatic approaches in a way that addresses the entire being—mind, body, and spirit.
