About
Will therapy help? Yes! Therapy can improve your relationships with others as well as your relationship with yourself. Together we can identify where you are stuck and how to move forward to build more meaning in your life. Evidence-based skills and strategies can help you make concrete changes in your everyday life. I am a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in the treatment of depression, anxiety, insomnia, grief and trauma. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness. Treatment is active, practical and skills-based.
I am also a board certified geropsychologist with expertise in working with older adults. I provide neuropsychological assessment for older adults and caregiving support to families.
