Trauma manifests in multiple ways: anxiety; feeling overly responsible; concerns that you are not enough or too much or need to prove yourself. I bring a trauma-informed lens as we explore patterns with curiosity and compassion, drawing from DBT, mindfulness practices, and somatic interventions to nurture your strengths through the process.
Engaging in therapy is a compassionate decision to choose yourself. Together, we will co-create a space for you to explore new ways of being. I am here to support you at every step of your process.
