I believe that everyone deserves to live a deeply engaged, fiercely connected and meaningful life. I offer a neurodiversity-affirming, mind-body approach for people who need to reset from shame, blame, or negativity; who want to increase their confidence and self-esteem; who want to heal from difficult experiences; who want to get unstuck; who want to find connection with others; who want to find their voice and find peace.
I use an eclectic approach that draws from evidence-based therapies such as EMDR and Internal Family Systems, as well as here-and-now activities that might utilize art, mindfulness, play, writing, drama, or animal-assisted activities.
As we understand the impact of our story, we begin to take our power back. When we learn to see ourselves as the heroes of our stories, we can find peace, meaning and belonging. I would be honored to walk alongside you!
