I work with teens and adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship concerns. I have particular interest in navigating complex trauma, including emotional abuse and neglect, religious trauma, and navigating neurotypical expectations as a neurodivergent person.
