Don’t let anxiety, depression, trauma or relationship struggles take one more second from your life! I work with couples, adults, teens and children who want to overcome anxious thoughts, past hurts and relationship struggles. When an adult steps in my office, I help them feel actual relief from anxiety, depression and past trauma because I use EMDR a proven treatment that is more than just talking. In my work with kids, I use play therapy, involving laughter, play, and building new skills. Unlike traditional talk therapy, your kids won’t feel bored in my office, but they will be learning new skills that can lasting change.

Whether you are a couple, young adult, teen or kiddo in my office, a diagnosis doesn’t define you. You can feel joy, purpose, and meaning again! My clients start to feel like themselves again after therapy, because we do more than just talk about your problems. I use evidence based holistic approaches like EMDR, ITR, and Child Centered Play therapy.
