As psychologist, I try to approach you as a whole person in all your psychological and spiritual needs. If you have problems in living, may they be caused by mental illness or extreme stress; together, we will find solutions. I teach you to listen to yourself and use your resources to deal with the difficulties you encounter: like stress, loss, anxiety, worries, depression or hopelessness, and the psychological consequences of medical illness and disabilities. After studying Theology in Europe and becoming a Catholic Priest. I came to California, married and studied psychology, working in California Prison System and now in private practice.Thoroughly trained in psychoanalytic, behavioral, cognitive and insight oriented therapies using them with people of different ages, gender and cultural background.
Teaching parents how to better discipline their children with attention deficit and hyperactivity behavior (ADHD), all of these children need no medication, but improve in a few months at home and in school. Using the new HeartMath technique helps with stress and 4 Step Method with obsessive and compulsivity behavior.

Parenting the ADHD Child without Medication
In this program parents learn how to apply behavioral modification techniques to their child which are not punishment but a form of discipline. The child will learn to think about his own behavior and changed it. These techniques have proven to be successful in extinguishing ADHD type behavior in more than 95% of cases.
