For over 18 years I have passionately worked with youth to overcome challenges, helping them undermine this idea that they are “less than.” For 8 years I worked with adjudicated youth at a juvenile detention camp where hope lingered. For 8 years I have worked for an emergency response team tailored to helping youth with an array of problems including suicidal ideation, homicidal ideation, and self-harm intentions. I have learned to meet folks where they are and slowly walk with them at a pace where they wish to be, a more viable and attainable life.
As a current therapist I continue helping youth find common ground, awhile working with youth, adults, couples or families. I am objective, measured, professional and, passionate at what I do – which is keen when trying to provide optimal results.
While taking a multifaceted approach to therapy and being keen to presenting problem(s) I can assure you I’ll do what I can, within my professional capacity to help you look forward – without judgment.
