I love helping clients deal with the stress of life: coping with relationship issues, losing a loved one, understanding your adolescent, or figuring out what you want to do next. I work with adolescents and adults. Depression, bereavement, and anxiety are issues I see often. I want to help you deal with whatever is creating difficulty.

I am passionate about the work that I do with my clients and continue to believe that it is the therapeutic relationship that heals. I offer confidentiality, reassurance, patience, and hope. My office is truly a safe space for my clients to breathe, to discover who they are, and to be.
