My purpose as a therapist is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to live the life they hope for. I provide services to individuals who need support in order to process the past, experience the present and plan for a better future.

The work we do depends on your reason for seeking therapy. I'm EMDR-Certified and a Cognitive Processing Therapy provider for trauma. I am also fully bilingual and able to provide services in Spanish if needed.
