Hola, I’m a bilingual first-generation Mexican American therapist supporting young children and their families. I help families navigate trauma and stress, whether from early challenges, separation, loss, or moments that left lasting pain. Some days, your child’s behaviors may feel overwhelming, leaving you worried or unsure of what to do. You want to understand your child, help them feel safe, and respond in ways that honor both who they are and who you are. Together, we work toward calmer days, deeper connection, and a home that reflects your values, culture, and love while breaking patterns that no longer serve your family.
I support both you and your child. We’ll use play, art, attachment-focused guidance, trauma-informed methods, and practical strategies to help your child thrive and strengthen your relationship. I also support families in navigating school systems and advocating for their child’s needs.
You don’t have to navigate this alone. Together, we’ll uncover what your child needs, strengthen your confidence as a parent, and bring more calm and connection to your home.
