My lived experience as a military spouse also helps me understand the challenges of maintaining identity and connection through uncertainty.
I offer a warm and person-centered approach, integrating IFS-informed work and helping clients explore and understand the different parts of themselves with greater curiosity, compassion, and self-awareness. I also have additional training in perinatal mental health, and support clients navigating the transitions, struggles, and joys of parenthood.
