I am a Professional Counselor, Family Life Educator, and a Certified Hypnotherapist. My practice is dedicated to offering caring services for individuals and couples of all ages. As a counselor I work from an eclectic theoretical framework, utilizing therapeutic techniques from a variety of evidence based practices in order to help you gain control of your life. In therapy we will work together to develop real, usable skills to help you move through your difficulties.
As a family life educator I promote family wellness through the educational enrichment process. I provided individual and group therapies in Toledo, Ohio and Monroe, Michigan. Programs included: Anger Management, Therapeutic Supervised Visitation, Parenting Defiant Children, Parenting After Violence, Parenting After Divorce, Anger Management and Domestic Violence.
Hypnotherapy is an integrative and holistic approach designed to tap into your subconscious mind to help you clear emotional pain and make/maintain change.
