I have been providing therapy for over 30 years, specializing in treating anxiety, panic attacks, post traumatic stress disorder, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, relationship issues and individuals with disabilities.
Life provides us with numerous challenges and struggles, however, I have found that we have the ability to create many do-overs during our life-time. Therapy is a great way to create change, learn self-acceptance and heal.
I provide individual, couples, group and family therapy in a comfortable, non-judgmental and safe setting. I am a trained trauma and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, (EMDR) therapist. EMDR is a highly effective treatment method used to reduce the effects of anxiety, depression and trauma.
My expertise in treating trauma encompasses individuals in highly stressed careers including the military, police officers, fire fighters, teachers, medical personnel, first responders, as well as those who have experienced sexual, physical, emotional and verbal abuse. I have moved my practice to Darlington, WI and am continuing to work virtually.
