One of my favorite things about the process of therapy is getting to know you and your past experiences in hopes that you might get to know more about yourself and the person you want to be moving forward. I believe that empathy, curiosity, and compassion in therapy are essential tools to help create a safe space for that change.
I also love working with couples, teens, and individuals. I offer a warm and safe environment where we can address sensitive topics at a comfortable pace. We will work collaboratively and creatively to address unwanted patterns and issues that might have you feeling stuck.

Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents
Begins February 20th, every Monday at 6pm for 8 weeks. This is a process group for adults 18+ and is open to all genders. This group was inspired by the book of the same name. Please email cindy@familyandfriendscounseling.com to register. Limited spots available.
