I work with adults, older teens, and couples navigating anxiety disorders, life stress and transitions, relationship challenges, emotional struggles, and/or patterns that get in the way of living the life you want. We will work together to achieve your ideal life from a holistic and integrative perspective that uses multiple perspectives and resources for total health and well-being in an environment of empowerment, support, and compassion.
I use and teach emotion regulation strategies, conscious mindfulness and interpersonal effectiveness skills, cognitive approaches from CBT, CPT, DBT, and ACT, and exposure therapies with individuals. With couples and relationship work, I use the Gottman Method, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and awareness of attachment principles.
