Life can be difficult. Parenting, work, home, and family can all cause stress that is difficult to manage. I work with people who are finding difficulty prioritizing the demands of their life. I also work with children who need help in regulating their emotions.
For over 25 years, I have treated various disorders including autism spectrum disorders, behavior problems, ADHD, anxiety (OCD, generalized anxiety disorder, hair-pulling), and depression. I work with parents to implement effective strategies for working with their child's specific needs. I can work with you to find balance and fulfillment in your life.
Parenting a child who acts out is difficult. You may find yourself frequently correcting your child for acting before he/she thinks about what is going on. Your child may excel at school but then struggles with worry beyond what is appropriate for the situation back at home. It is time to find the help you need.
