My name is Cindy Stites and I partner with individuals and couples in working through difficulties in relationships. I also help people work through loss, trauma, fear and anxiety, stress, conflict, communication and infidelity. Together, we will explore what happened -or what continues to happen that creates a barrier to living your best life.
Helping people to develop healthy relationships based on Biblical principles and sound psychological research is my passion. Let's take a look at what needs to be dealt with to achieve healing and wholeness in a safe way. Doing this work will help you to know yourself and those around you better.
I am a Certified EMDR therapist. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. I also have been trained in Accelerated Experiential-Dynamic Psychotherapy, and in Cognitive Processing Therapy.
