Parenting

Active Parenting is a 6 week/2 hours per session weekly group/family/individual/couple. Active Parenting uses Adlerian theory of choices and consequences in order to raise children who are respectful, cooperative and can thrive in their world. Active Parenting uses "I" statements, a democratic parenting style where children have a voice but the parent has the final say. It aids parents in helping children met the five goals of childhood: belonging; personal power/choice; protection; withdrawal; and risk.
