In doing so, I use evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectual Behavioral Therapy(DBT), Acceptance Therapy (ACT), and Somatic therapy, Trauma focused therapy, and Solution Focused therapy.
My mission is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to process their stories. I help individuals navigate life’s most difficult challenges and guide them toward a place of healing, growth, and transformation.
