Welcome! My name is Cindy-my pronouns are she/her/hers. My name is Cindy Reyes and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Los Angeles, California, and working with clients via telehealth. I utilize several therapeutic modalities ranging from; interpersonal psychotherapy, crisis-oriented therapy, client-centered, solution-focused, motivational interviewing, strengths-based, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Most often I work with adolescents, adults, and geriatric.
I have experience in the areas of depression, trauma, domestic violence, anxiety, interpersonal challenges, self-esteem, and personal growth. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is key to helping you reach your goals. I believe that everyone is an expert in themselves, and I am here to support you in your journey.
My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each client I work with. I most frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance, and Commitment Therapy, as both modalities help me, and the client build a shared understanding of their reality and allow us to work together to chart a path forward.
