I work with clients with a wide variety of mental and physical conditions who want to optimize their emotional and physical well-being. This includes people of all ages who have anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, chronic pain and chronic physical conditions that may be exacerbated by stress.
I offer some of the most advanced techniques to help you quickly get relief from your distress, including cognitive behavioral therapy, energy psychology, biofeedback and neurofeedback. I'm a chronic pain survivor with a special interest in helping people with chronic pain find relief through alternative therapies.
