This 8 week therapeutic art group offers a safe and supportive space for survivors of trauma to express, process, and heal through creative art-making. Using various art mediums participants will explore their experiences and emotions fostering resilience, power and safety. Through My Lens: Identity with Photography
This 6 week group will explore individuals' identities through the powerful combination of photography and creative writing. Using the camera and the written word as tools for self-reflection, participants will capture images that represent their personal stories, cultural backgrounds, and unique perspectives.They will also craft narratives, poems, or reflections that deepen their exploration of identity.
