One of the most powerful parts of being human is our ability to heal and grow—especially after trauma. As an AMFT under supervision I offer a collaborative, direct, and supportive space where you can safely explore deeper patterns while also being challenged toward growth. Using EMDR and attachment-focused, trauma-informed approach, I help clients process past experiences, break patterns, and feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally regulated.
