Using emotionally focused therapy or cognitive behavioral therapy, I help individuals and couples impacted by conflict and trauma discover their unhealthy cycles and how their unmet attachment needs and emotions keep them stuck in these phases. In the process, clients gain more effective communication skills and learn how to reconnect with one another.
