I am a seasoned psychotherapist who has spent my life looking for, experiencing, and practicing both traditional and alternative methods to heal emotional suffering.
Most of my work has been with combat, complex, childhood and single episode trauma. I am well versed in grief recovery, family dynamics, healthy parenting and coping strategies for long term recovery.
I work with people of all ages in individual, group family and weekend retreat sessions.
I have 30 years experience in working with chronic mental illness, mood disorders, trauma and addiction. I offer parenting skills training, energy therapies, CBT, DBT, NLP, TAT as needed in a client centered atmosphere with confidentiality and respect for your uniqueness.
