I provide services for clients 15 years old to 65 who are experiencing Bipolar Disorder, Trauma, Grief, Life Transitions, Mood Disorders, such as anxiety and depression. I am passionate about working with clients who want to learn how to set boundaries, learn more about themselves, be assertive, and take back their lives from labeled disorders. In addition, I am experienced in providing services for high risk clients who may need a bit more support along the way such as those who experiencing suicide ideation or self harm.
I believe in providing psychoeducation to my clients and working from a strengths perspective. I work on getting to know you and pulling from my bank of knowledge and experience to help you achieve your goals in therapy. Im a spiritually open-minded person and don’t judge others in any parts of their identities. I believe in remaining curious and open-minded. I come in as my authentic self so that you can also feel comfortable to be your authentic self in our sessions.
