I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward health and well-being. My clinical interests include anxiety and depression, trauma, sexual addiction concerns, couples therapy, parenting skills, past childhood attachment issues, the integration of faith in the healing process, communication patterns, and the role of the family in growth and change.
I use an integrative therapeutic approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Structural Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy to support and encourage clients in reaching their goals for growth and healing. I especially encourage partners of addicts to receive their own support as the addict recovers — the whole system.
As a mother who raised six daughters in a blended family, I bring a practical, solution-focused style to my work. I understand firsthand the complexities, challenges, and beauty of navigating family relationships, and I use that lived experience to offer grounded, compassionate care to the individuals, couples, and families I serve.
