I would be honored to walk along side you in your journey to health and well being. My clinical interests include anxiety and depression, trauma, sexual addiction problems, couples therapy, parenting skills, past childhood attachment issues, the integration of faith in the healing process, communication patterns and the role of the family in growth and change.
I use an integrative approach including Cognitive Behavioral, Solution focused, Structural and Emotionally Focused practices to support and encourage clients to achieve their goals for growth and healing. I especially encourage partners of addicts to get their own therapy simultaneously while the addict is recovering. The whole system needs to be healed.
We have a practice which includes 6 Certified Sexual Addiction Therapists and we facilitate groups for addictions, healthy sexuality, and partners issues.
