Accepting New Clients for Autism and ADHD Testing Only! I create a safe, relaxed space where clients can work through the challenges impacting their lives. My approach begins with the belief that nothing is ‘wrong’ with you—you are already whole. I am offering Autism and ADHD Testing for Adults (16+) tailored specifically to folks who question if they have previously been misdiagnosed or under-diagnosed, and would like to explore how neurodivergence is impacting their life.
My specialties include folks impacted by trauma, minority stress, neurodivergence and are part of the LGBTQIA+ community. I incorporate various tools into my practice, but most of my work is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and supporting a person's ability to live their life according to their personal values and beliefs.
