About

Due to Covid-19 I'm providing TeIehealth and accepting new clients. Is life feeling challenging to you? If you feel depressed, overwhelmed, anxious or experiencing relationship conflict, I can help. At times life can be challenging and when this happens, we can get stuck in harmful/negative patterns of thinking or behaving that add more stress to a painful situation. This is where I can help. Using a Mindfulness-Compassionate approach I can help you shift from reacting to painful emotions, to responding in ways that are both wise and helpful. This shift leads to making healthier choices and living a more joyful and balanced life.
As a Certified Imago Therapist, I believe safety and compassion are essential to help partners move from power struggles into intimate and loving connection. Communicating from the heart (listen, understand & empathize with each other) helps both partners reconnect with joy, intimacy and passion which helps us create healthy and happy relationships.
As a Certified Mindfulness & Yoga Teacher, I help you connect with inner wisdom and compassion. This helps us heal and reconnect with life, in a way that is balanced and awakens joy. I encourage you to call/email me today. I'll help you create an empowered, balanced & joyful life!
