Grief, loss, sadness, worry, loneliness, anger and relational conflict, unfortunately are a part of every person's life. Normally we can navigate through them and keep moving forward with life. But sometimes they can feel overwhelming and we feel stuck, unable to move forward with life. Call and let's talk. I will listen with compassion and together we will identify what makes you feel stuck and empower you to make changes that bring bring real hope in order to move forward in life.

Grief work is especially important as I have listened to many struggling in their sadness, not knowing how to live with the loss. Losses, whether they be a loved one, lost relationship, loss of a dream, loss of health or even loss of a job affect us in meaningful ways. Let's talk.

I have been married for 37 years, have 4 children and 2 grandchildren. I taught in special education classrooms for over 20 years and have done both volunteer counseling and professional counseling for over 25 years. Life experience has taught me that sometimes we need another to get through difficulties.

Dance of Anger Women's support Group

If you are a woman seeking to make sense of anger, this group invites you to learn to understand the nature of anger more deeply, learn to identify the causes and patterns of anger that are unique to your story and learn practical skills to help you observe, interpret and communicate anger effectively in the future. This process will allow you to connect with anger in a way that promotes a stronger sense of self and meaningful change in your relationships. If this resonates with you, we invite you to join our therapy group using the book, The Dance of Anger by Harriet Lerner PhD.
