My training as an Art Therapist, Social Worker, Psychoanalyst and Life Coach provide me with a unique combination of skills and resources which I use in the service of helping my clients find clarity in life, and achieve their goals. Sometimes we feel angry, sad, frustrated, anxious and unfulfilled without really knowing why. The combination of knowing and understanding our past, in the context of our present life, provides us with an invaluable amount of information we can use to understand and change how we feel and what we do in our lives.
I believe that we are all capable of creating the life we want and getting the things that are important to us. It is in the process of becoming clear, and understanding what drives us, that we can begin to fine tune and manifest the road map of our lives.
In addition to individual and couple's counseling, I run several groups focusing on self-confidence, interpersonal relationships and the ability to advocate for oneself and to say "no" when appropriate.

A group dedicated to helping clients to first, clarify their own sense of self and entitlement; and to then learn how to ask for what they want, and to say "no" to what they don't want within the context of their interpersonal relationships. This is a critical life skill which entails being able to say "no" comfortably and confidently without any guilt.
