My name is Cindy, and I am passionate about helping others. I have over thirty years of experience in mental health. I have more than twenty years of experience working in crisis, family preservation, School Based Therapy, Family Reunion Services (FRS) and Intensive In Home Services (IIS). I have trained workers hired for IIS and FRS for the State of Missouri. I am certified as a Registered Play Therapist (RPT) by Association for Play Therapy.
My speciality areas are children and adults, blended families and disruption in the family unit. I also have extensive experience in helping children and parents involved in the foster care system, trauma, and strategies to assist with behavioral changes. I offer both play therapy and talk therapy, with in person and virtual options for sessions.
