My role as a psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience is to collaborate with you to reach your goals with an actionable plan. We will delve deep to increase insight and arrive at lasting change. In my practice, I help clients with various objectives, including navigating difficult life circumstances, improving relationships, decreasing anxiety and depression, and increasing self-esteem and coping capacity. I also help parents understand their infant's or toddler's temperament, development, and behavior; and more effectively respond to behavioral challenges.

My therapy style is strengths-based, solution-focused, and in-depth. Effective interventions and a strong therapeutic alliance are key to successful therapy. I incorporate evidence-based techniques in a pragmatic and sensitive manner. Recommendations may include mindfulness, communication exercises, commitment to action, perspective shifting, or acceptance.
It takes courage to initiate therapy. I provide a warm, non-judgmental, and safe space to work through challenges. The ultimate goal is for you to have a more fulfilling life. In an empathic manner, I will assist, challenge, empower, and encourage you to get there. I look forward to hearing your story and supporting you.
