I hold a BFA in Theatre Performance and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My unique background fostered experience in human connection, perseverance, and compassion; each informing my passion for helping my clients navigate that which keeps them from becoming their best selves.
My approach to therapy is one of warmth and empathy combined with a willingness to challenge and empower clients to enact mindful change and growth. Clients and I work as a team to identify learned survival patterns and tools that no longer serve them. Together, we develop a deeper understanding of the needs that underlie these patterns
