I work with adults and adolescents from diverse populations supporting them in areas of addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, domestic violence, Autism, ADHD, mood disorders, and self-direction. Using a humanist and holistic approach, using modalities to fit each client individually to support them in their healing process and journey.
From the first session until the last session, supporting clients where they are at to where they want to be, with compassion, empathy, providing a safe space, empowering, nonjudgmental, genuineness, acceptance, and empathy.
