Throughout the life span any of us may experience anxiety, panic, depression, grief/loss, dark nights of the soul, spiritual concerns, parenting issues, relationships, career, changes, trauma, & more. Taking the time to process and work through concerns can bring healing. I strive to meet each client with kindness and respect while holding space for personal investigation and transformation. Many clients experience greater self awareness, confidence, satisfaction in life, and improved overall health & wellbeing.
I utilize a variety of modalities gained from education, clinical training, and professional experience. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness awareness, and focus on wellness are foundations in my work I've found can bring great support and change for people.
