I’ve always been drawn to the complexities of growing up—how our early experiences shape who we become, and how healing can happen at any stage of life. Over the years, I’ve spent much of my career working with children, which naturally led me to support the adults in their lives—parents, caregivers, and individuals facing their own challenges. That work deepened my understanding of how unresolved patterns can resurface in adulthood and how therapy can be a space for meaningful growth. I specialize in supporting adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationship problems.
