Life can be hard at times, I am here to heIp! I am a bilingual Clinical Social Worker/therapist with bicultural experience. I attended the University of Maryland School of Social Work where I earned my Masters in Social Work with a focus in children and families. I am also a Board Approved Supervisor in the state of MD. I’m licensed in both MD and DC and provide in person and virtual therapy services in English and Spanish. I have more than 10 years of experience working with children and families and adults in different capacities that include home visiting, mental health consultation, mental health therapy and parent coaching.
I am a strength-based clinician treating clients and meeting their individual needs. I utilize different therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused and Motivational Interviewing among others to treat anxiety, depression, trauma, and other life transitions.
