I most enjoy working with those who identify as introverts, people-pleasers, and over-thinkers, because these are also the people whose needs are often overlooked. Whether you are someone who is easily overwhelmed, feels misunderstood, or worries that you're "too sensitive" or "too emotional," my goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can focus on healing, growing, and just being you.
I support my clients in living more meaningful, present-focused, and value-driven lives. I achieve this by tailoring sessions to meet the unique needs of my clients using evidenced based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and other modalities.
