Hi my name is Cindy Casey. I really enjoy working with people that have trauma because you can heal from trauma. The healing journey can be somewhat difficult, but I think it is less painful than most people think it is. In my experience as a therapist I have laughed, joked, cried, and created bonds with people and have watched them progress. Nothing is more rewarding than watching a client have their aha moment and turn the corner toward self-love, reduce the depression, reduce the anxiety, and have better relationships with themselves and others.
The most important thing to me is to create a safe relationship and a safe space with all of my clients. I will give to you my authentic self so you can be comfortable being your authentic self. When I completed my master's degree I specialized in trauma because trauma effects relationships, self-esteem, physical health, and every other aspect of life.
Being an older therapist allows me to bring experiential Insights as well as therapeutic assistance. I look forward to speaking with you and possibly walking along side of you during the healing journey.
