Reaching out for help when life becomes unbalanced can be quite intimidating. Yet, it is a great first step. I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist and have experience helping people become intentional in their lives and regain perspective so they may find their inner peace and happiness. My goal with my clients is to make a genuine connection by creating a safe and nonjudgmental place where collaboratively we can explore life. I have been in clinical practice for approximately 14 years and have successfully treated men and women with all sorts of concerns to include trauma, anxiety and depression, anger, and life transitions.
I place emphasis on holistic health and healing and the mind-body connection coupled with talk therapy. Through a trusting therapeutic relationship, I help my clients identify thoughts, emotions, and/or behaviors that may be standing in the way of his or her ability to have meaningful relationships and enjoy life to the fullest.
Aside from therapy, I also provide assessment or testing services to aid in a deeper understanding and connection with my clients, as well as testing for intellectual functioning and/or personality assessments.
