Hello, I'm Cindy, and I'm a Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges. I graduated from Park University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Social Psychology and went on to earn my Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Vanguard University in 2016. My journey into therapy began at Hope University Counseling Center, where I worked with couples and individuals facing marital stress, identity and self-esteem issues, pornography addiction, and sexual trauma.
I have a special place in my heart for military families, understanding the unique sacrifices and dedication required to make a military family work. My extensive life experience, including a previous career, allows me to bring warmth and wisdom to my practice. I understand the struggles you may be experiencing and am here to support you through them.
My therapeutic approach is both attachment-oriented and goal-oriented, focusing on developing strong therapeutic relationships where healing can occur.
