Hi there...my name is Cindy, and I have been helping individuals, couples, and families for 15 plus years, and I would love to help you. I know that taking this big step of seeking counseling can be scary and intimidating. I understand, and tell my clients they are the bravest people I know. Let's face it, life can be hard and difficult to manage at times, but it can also be beautiful and rewarding. I would be honored to help you live your best life.
I seek to provide an environment of safety, kindness and warmth during
each counseling session. What I hope for each of my clients by the end of
a session is that they can leave feeling they have been heard and
encouraged. I specialize in grief/loss, depression/anxiety, relationships/attachments, using client centered, solution focused, and CBT.
I believe my clients are the experts of their lives. The counseling session is
a safe place for you to share what is on your heart and mind and what
needs to be explored in an atmosphere of acceptance and non-
judgment.
